Shipping & Handling
Orders are usually shipped via UPS / FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail,
some heavy items are shipped via truck. You can check your order
status and track your order online by clicking the link in your confirmation
email.
Express Services - Please email us at
support@waitingroomtoysnfurniture.com for an express shipping
quote.
International orders: We DO NOT ship our products out side of USA.
Return Policy
IMPORTANT: Any policy displayed within the
item's/product's web page supplements and supercedes this general store
policy.
For items damaged during shipping, please contact
us immediately (No later than 2 days of the delivery date) for further
instructions. To process the exchange or a return on damaged items you MUST keep
the original box and all packaging.
Refused Shipments: Please note that any shipment
Refused, unless authorized by us, will be subject to a 20% restock fee plus the
original shipping cost.
Cancellation Policy: If we are able to cancel
your order before it is produced and/or shipped, there is not a charge for the
cancellation. If the order has already been processed or shipped, please
follow our Return Policy.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you
may return the item within 10 days of the delivery date. please follow the
following return policy for a refund or exchange.
Return Authorization: Please e-mail us at
support@waitingroomtoysnfurniture.com Include the Order Date,
Product name, Reason for Return, your Name, Address and Telephone Number to
receive authorization . Please Do Not ship any products until you receive an
e-mail with return instructions! As different products will need to be returned
to different warehouses and manufacturers. Unauthorized returns will NOT be
accepted.
All items must be returned freight prepaid within 10
days of the delivery date in the new, unused condition and in the original box
with all parts, accessories and documentations . We recommend to ship your
returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage. If the returned
merchandise is damaged by you or during return transport and/or incomplete or
not resalable, we will not be able to accept the return or issue a refund.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for most of our products.
However some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may be
subject to a 20% restocking fee. This is
specifically stated on the the product's web
page.
The original shipping cost is not refundable. If the item
was subject to free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from
your refund. We will refund you your purchase price minus the original
shipping costs and any applicable restocking fee.
Items that can't be returned:
- Personalized item (s) can not be returned.
- Items that specifically state they “cannot be returned
” or "Not Refundable" on the the product's
page.
- After 10 days of the delivery date, we are not able to
accept any return , we will assist you to contact the manufacturer for
warranty repair or replacement.
