Shipping & Handling

Shipping Method: Orders are usually shipped via UPS / FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail, some heavy items are shipped via truck.

Shipping Time: Most items can be shipped out within 2-3 business days, some items may take longer time. If you need your order arrive by a specific day, please contact us for an express shipping quote.

Shipping address: We only ship within Continental United States.

Return Policy

For items arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (No later than 2 days of the delivery date) for further instructions. To process the exchange or a return on damaged/defective items you MUST keep the original box and all packaging. All damaged/defective items will be fixed or replaced for free. Should the item be majorly damaged or defective beyond repair, you can choose to get a new replacement or a full refund.

Refused Shipments: Please note that any shipment Refused, unless authorized by us, will be subject to a 20% restock fee plus the original shipping cost.

Cancellation Policy: If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, there is not a charge for the cancellation. If the order has already been processed or shipped, please follow our Return Policy.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 10 days of the delivery date. please follow the following return policy for a refund or exchange.

Return Authorization:

support@waitingroomtoysnfurniture.com Include the Order Date, Product name, Reason for Return, your Name, Address and Telephone Number to receive authorization . Please Do Not ship any products until you receive an e-mail with return instructions! As different products will need to be returned to different warehouses and manufacturers. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted.

All items must be returned freight prepaid within 10 days of the delivery date in the new, unused condition and in the original box with all parts, accessories and documentations . We recommend to ship your returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage. If the returned merchandise is damaged by you or during return transport and/or incomplete or not resalable, we will not be able to accept the return or issue a refund.

Restocking Fee:
There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns unless the products arrived majorly damaged or defective and beyond repair.

The original shipping cost is not refundable. If the item was subject to free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We will refund you your purchase price minus the original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fee.

Items that can't be returned:

  • Personalized item (s) can not be returned.
  • After 10 days of the delivery date, we are not able to accept any return , we will assist you to contact the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
